The former WWE broadcaster is someone who brings the best out of her guests, with each episode feeling like an open conversation.

Because of Paquette's interview style she ends up bringing out the best out of her guests and that can lead to the wrestlers revealing great nuggets of information throughout their careers which people never knew about prior to that, which is another reason why fans enjoy tuning into her show.
10 Adam Cole's Close NXT Bonds
Adam Cole is unlike many former WWE employees in the sense that he is positive about his experiences on the roster, and that was clear when he spoke with Renee Paquette on her podcast. He made it clear that he still has great relationships, particularly with Triple H and Shawn Michaels.
Not many wrestlers speak out in that way after leaving the company, but Cole held nothing back with his positives about both men which was interesting to hear about, and is something that showed Cole had built up strong relationships during his time.
9 Mojo Rawley's Serious COVID Battle
COVID-19 is something that caused a lot of fear during the peak of the pandemic, and a lot of wrestlers ended up having to take time away from the ring when they tested positive. One person who missed a lot was Mojo Rawley, but fans didn't learn about just how serious his situation was until he spoke with Renee Paquette.

He revealed there were points that he didn't think he would wake up in the night because his breathing ended up being that bad after testing positive. It showcases just how serious the situation ended up being for him, which caught a lot of people by surprise.
8 AJ Lee's In-Ring Future
A lot of people have wanted AJ Lee to get back into the ring at some point, ever since she left WWE. Fans have hoped she would pop up somewhere, particularly in AEW when CM Punk joined the company, but that wasn't the case. On Renee's podcast she revealed that she's got zero plans to compete again as she wants to stay healthy.
That's because Lee also admitted she hurt her neck quite badly towards the end of her career, admitting she thought she was going to be paralyzed at one point. That is something that a lot of people weren't aware of, but it does make sense as to why she's not in a rush to get back into the ring.
7 CM Punk Turns Vince Down
CM Punk was also a guest on the podcast, and he reflected on his time working on commentary for WWE during his time injured. He was on the headset each week and did a great job, but much like other people who have been in that position, he revealed that Vince McMahon was often on the headset screaming at him.
Unlike other people who have had the role, Punk didn't take it. Rather than just listening to everything that Vince had to say, Punk opted to ask Jerry Lawler where the volume was, and he turned Vince down instead, tuning him out.
6 Dax Harwood's Issues With Shawn Michaels
Fans remember the terrible Raw 25 segment where The Revival were taken out by D-Generation X and the nWo, with the duo being mocked and made to look foolish in order to close the show. However, behind the scenes more issues were taking place, particularly between Dax Harwood and Shawn Michaels.
Harwood had opened up to HBK about the issues he was having personally at the time, and he was kind to his face. However, when he met up with the rest of the group, Michaels mocked Harwood's issues and made a joke out of them, which caused some serious problems between them.
5 Jon Moxley Helping Killer Kross
Killer Kross being part of WWE always felt like a natural fit to most wrestling fans, but even someone as talented as him needs someone to help open the door for them. For him, that ended up being Jon Moxley, with the current AEW star and Renee Paquette's husband pushing Kross.
He told the former NXT Champion he'd fit in with WWE, and he went as far as to give him Triple H's phone number, telling him to go and call The Game in order to get himself a job with the company, and the rest was history.
4 Sarah Logan's Final Meeting With Vince McMahon
A lot of people don't get to hear about people's meetings with Vince McMahon often, as they tend to be private moments that are kept that way, but that wasn't the case with Sarah Logan. She revealed her final meeting with him to Renee Paquette, admitting she had planned to be mean and give him a piece of her mind.
However, that didn't end up happening, as Logan opted to be professional instead, as she decided to thank Vince for the opportunities, with the former Riott Squad star stating she hoped they'd meet again in that meeting.
3 Aleister Black Helping The Undertaker
Aleister Black's WWE career was filled with highs and lows, particularly on the main roster, which is why he didn't end up reaching the level that he should have. However, he revealed to Renee Paquette that the company did have some interesting pitches for him at points.
One of which would have seen him get involved with The Undertaker's WrestleMania 36 storyline with AJ Styles, as he has been pitched to be helping 'Taker at points. That never happened, which is a shame because it could have taken Black to new heights in WWE.
2 A Messy Match
One of the great things about podcasts is that funny stories are often shared, and that was the case when Big Show was a guest on Renee Paquette's Sessions podcast, which saw him recall a match he had with Brock Lesnar. This took place in South Africa and Big Show was dealing with food poisoning.

Because of that when he got hit with the F5, it ended up with Show exploding with diarrhea, which is a hilarious story that a lot of people likely had never known about. It was something that people had to be there to see, until the WWE legend opted to voluntarily share this information.
1 Eddie Kingston Follows His Mother's Advice
Eddie Kingston has ended up being a huge signing for AEW, with his promos and unique in-ring style proving to work for the company as he has become a big name. But before he joined Tony Khan's promotion he did speak with WWE as well, having options about where he went.
Interestingly, he revealed to Renee that it was his mother that decided where he should go, as she provided her advice to him, and he ultimately decided to follow it.
