11 Bret Hart Vs. Shawn Michaels - WrestleMania 12 (8.09)
At WrestleMania 12, Bret Hart defended the WWE Championship against Shawn Michaels in a 60-minute Iron Man match. HBK competed in his second consecutive WWE Title match at WrestleMania, and he was hoping for a better outcome this time around.
Some fans rate this match as an all-time great, and others think it's overrated. Nevertheless, Hart and Michaels' chemistry together is second to none. They went into overtime as there were no falls in the first hour. Finally, the Showstopper's boyhood dream came true as he executed the Sweet Chin Music on Hart to win the WWE Championship for the first time.
10 Sasha Banks Vs. Bianca Belair - WrestleMania 37: Night One (8.46)
Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair made history as the first two black women to headline WrestleMania. The Boss was the reigning SmackDown Women's Champion, and the EST of WWE was hoping to clinch the SmackDown Women's Championship after winning the 2021 Women's Royal Rumble match.
They had the privilege of headlining WrestleMania on the first night of WrestleMania 37. Both Banks and Belair were emotional before the match began because of the history-making moment. Nevertheless, their match was excellent and both were deserving of going on last. Belair viciously whipped Banks in the sternum with her hair, and the KOD was enough for Belair to take home the title.
9 John Cena Vs. Shawn Michaels - WrestleMania 23 (8.46)
Either John Cena and Shawn Michaels' WWE Championship match or Batista and Undertaker's World Heavyweight Championship match would headline WrestleMania 23. It was Big Match John and HBK who got the nod to go on last. Cena's WWE Championship was on the line, and the pair were the reigning World Tag Team Champions.
Cena and Michaels had a respectable outing, and they topped it weeks later on a match in London, England on Raw. HBK came close to ending Cena's WWE Title reign, but Cena continued his dominance and he applied the STF with Michaels having no choice but to tap out.
8 Kurt Angle Vs. Brock Lesnar - WrestleMania 19 (8.57)
WrestleMania 19 is arguably the greatest WrestleMania of all time. The main event belonged to Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar who battled over the Olympic Gold Medalist's WWE Championship. Angle deserves credit for competing and doing the job for Lesnar as he had a broken neck and a hamstring injury.

Lesnar was in a rich vein of form coming into his bout as he won the 2003 Royal Rumble match. Since it was WrestleMania, Brock thought it would be a great idea to do a Shooting Star Press. Fortunately, Lesnar didn't break his neck, but he sustained a concussion. Nonetheless, he went on to finish off Angle with an F5 to regain the WWE Title.
7 Brock Lesnar Vs. Roman Reigns Vs. Seth Rollins - WrestleMania 31 (8.72)
Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns' WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 31 was violent. The Beast Incarnate decimated Reigns, butthe Big Dog kept on getting up, and he took a tremendous amount of punishment. This was an entertaining clash and both men knocked it out of the park in a match that was filled with intensity.
With both men down, Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. Rollins made history as the first man to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase at WrestleMania. It was the Heist of the Century, and Rollins pinned Reigns to kickstart his maiden WWE Championship reign.
6 Randy Orton Vs. Daniel Bryan Vs. Batista - WrestleMania 30 (8.82)
Randy Orton defended the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Daniel Bryan and Batista in a triple threat match at WrestleMania 30. Bryan beat Triple H in the show opener, and he booked his place in the main event. Fans were desperate to see the American Dragon battle for the WWE Championship, and he was the hottest star in the company.
The action was sensational, and all three men put on a sublime performance. Orton and Batista collaborated to put Bryan through the announcers' table with an RKO/Batista Bomb combination. Nonetheless, Bryan refused to stay down, and he managed to secure the win after Batista submitted to the Yes Lock.
5 Roman Reigns Vs. Edge Vs. Daniel Bryan - WrestleMania 37: Night Two (8.92)
Daniel Bryan once again found a way to get himself into a World Championship match in the main event of WrestleMania. This time, Roman Reigns' Universal Championship was at stake, and Edge headlined WrestleMania for the just second time in his career on the second night of WrestleMania 37.

All three men had a legitimate shot at walking out with the Universal Championship. It was too close to call, and there were some brilliant exchanges between the trio. Despite Edge and Bryan's efforts, it was the Tribal Chief who stood tall, and he retained the Universal Championship after pinning both men simultaneously.
4 Edge Vs. The Undertaker - WrestleMania 24 (9.07)
WrestleMania 24 may be fondly remembered for Shawn Michaels sending Ric Flair into retirement. However, the best match of the night was the World Heavyweight Championship match featuring Edge and The Undertaker. The Rated-R Superstar competed in the main event of WrestleMania for the first time, and it was Undertaker's first appearance in the main event of 'Mania in 11 years.
They pulled out all the stops to make this a memorable match. Edge was defiant, and he kicked out of Undertaker's trademark Tombstone Piledriver. Edge Speared the Phenom, but Undertaker played possum, and he applied the Hell's Gate which was enough for Undertaker to recapture the World Heavyweight Championship.
3 The Rock Vs. Steve Austin - WrestleMania 17 (9.36)
One of the biggest main events in the history of WrestleMania saw two pioneers of the Attitude Era going head-to-head in a colossal tie. The Rock defended the WWE Championship against Steve Austin at WrestleMania 17, and it was their second encounter on The Grandest Stage of Them All in three years.
Rock and Austin tore the house down in a fantastic WWE Championship match. There was near fall after near fall. However, Mr. McMahon had a chair in hand on his way to the ring. He handed it to Austin, and the pair buried the hatchet. Austin turned heel, and they shook hands with the Bionic Redneck once again capturing the WWE Championship.

The stakes were high in The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels' rematch at WrestleMania 26. Undertaker's unbeaten WrestleMania streak was on the line, as was HBK's career. It was always going to be hard to top their epic from WrestleMania 25, but they produced an instant classic.
Michaels was desperate to prolong his career and he threw the kitchen sink at the Demon of Death Valley. However, the checkered flag was waved on Michaels' career as Undertaker sealed the deal with a jumping Tombstone Piledriver.

One of the greatest main events in the history of WrestleMania took place at WrestleMania 20 with three remarkable workers facing off. Triple H had a stern test to retain the World Heavyweight Championship as he had two hungry challengers in Chris Benoit and Shawn Michaels.
Since the Rabid Wolverine was involved in this contest, WrestleMania 20 is virtually blacklisted from WWE history. The match was brilliant, and Benoit's ascension was complete as he forced The Game to tap out to the Crossface, and he became the new World Heavyweight Champion.
