In Hymietown (Realm 1215) Filthy Frank has come back to rule his gang of dunces, but now he wears an aviator helmet and sunglasses, seems to be more attracted to men than women and acts in an even more asshole-ish way. However, even with his overtly-rude methods, he achieves in making his physically and mentally disabled friend Wheelz's wheelchair looking more cool, making a beautiful girl to become Wheelz's girlfriend. In another sequence, "Frank" cooks some tacos made with rats and gives them to eat to Louie, his only sane friend who has dwarfism, who reacts with horror, realizing that not even Frank would do something that perverted.
