On the show, Grylls, also known for his other popular shows Man vs. Wild and Get Out Alive, also talked about how he loves to do many things naked, including playing the piano and diving off cliffs. He recalled how during a vacation on his private island in North Wales, he sent a nude selfie to British TV presenter Dermot O'Leary by accident.

"I do this every morning, to be honest," he told Morgan about his naked diving.

The photo in question, which shows him naked, upside down and airborne, was displayed, as seen in a (NSFW!) video posted on ITV's official YouTube page.

"The thing is with this photograph, I looked at it on iPhone and when he texted, he said, 'Where are you?' and it looked fine," he said, adding that he only realized later after seeing the image close up that part of his crotch was visible.

"It was an incredibly cold winter's day!" he joked.
