Over two years later and after almost all of its post-launch content, does Battlefield 4 have too many weapons?

Our Battlefield fan Westie's latest video discusses an idea that isn't often talked about among the Battlefield community; does the game have too many weapons? Does it offer too many options that most of them end up being too similar to one another?

This isn't a question strictly about balance either, as Westie notes nothing stands out as overpowered or underpowered. But, you do end up with weapons that no one uses, like the SAR21 and FAMAS in the AR category. Among the 84 primary weapons currently in the game, how many of them do you think are being used?
