Regardless of whether you summer in Sag Harbor or Amangansett, everyone makes a stop at The Surf Lodge, the epicenter of socializing in the Hamptons. From the Robert Sieber-backed restaurant to weekly concerts by bold-faced names like Lion Babe and Bob Moses, has drawn the likes of Christie Brinkley, Rosario Dawson, Nina Agdal, Rose McGowan just to name a few.

While rose will always be everyone's wine of choice—Grey Goose may have just eclipsed the "summer water" with their new cocktail for the drink of the summer award. The Surf Lodge teamed up with the iconic vodka brand on this new cocktail officially known as Le Grand Fizz. Supermodel Christie Brinkley and many more have been spotted sipping the refreshing citrus cocktail from its chalice-like glass. If you can't make it out to the Hamptons before Labor Day Weekend to enjoy one while overlooking the sunset on Fort Pond—have no fear, below is the recipe to create the cocktail for your own end-of-summer soiree.

Recipe

Ingredients: 1.0 oz Grey Goose Vodka, 0.5 oz St-Germain Liqueur, 3 squeezes of lime 2.0 oz club soda

Directions: Measure and pour Grey Goose Vodka and St-Germain into red wine glass. Squeeze 3 wedges of lime into glass, and insert lime wedges into glass. Fill glass with ice, and top with measured amount of soda water. Stir contents and service with citrus fruits.
