The new Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time expansion is bringing new critters to tame on Eternity Isle, and whether you wanna call them snakes or cobras you'll need the right food and approach to feed them. There are several different kinds of cobras that appear at different times and in different locations, but all should respond positively to the same food. We've got all the details on how to feed cobras and the ideal cobra food in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Cobra Food & How to Approach

While some players have suggested the cobras prefer scorpions as a meal, the best bet so far seems to actually be eggs. You can get eggs in Disney Dreamlight Valley by going to Chez Remy, either the main location or the one on Eternity Isle (if you've unlocked it).

Purchase some eggs and head to The Plains to look for cobras. These slithery snakes can be particularly difficult to spot, and often there's only one in a relatively large area. The more you clear space by taking out rocks or removing decorations in The Plains, the easier it should be for you to spot the cobra.

Also, don't forget to check the back corner of The Plains by the Glittering Dunes waterfall of sand where the tent and barrels are hanging out. Sometimes the lone cobra will be buried somewhere back there.

Once you find them, you want to actually watch the cobra's head to know how to approach. If you rush in, the cobra will slither off. When the cobra's head is up, stop moving and wait. When the cobra's head is lowered, approach a few steps but stop the moment the head moves again. Continue this until the cobra enters the coiled position and you can approach.
