Hogan was apparently uncooperative, channeling his old man and refusing to take a sobriety test (That doesn't work for me, brother). While the crime was listed as a misdemeanor, given Nick's history, things could get a lot worse for him.
Nick Hogan In Trouble With The Law Again
Nick Hogan was involved in another traffic incident back when he was 17, this one with terrible consequences. Nick was recklessly driving with his friend John Graziano in the passenger seat, when he totaled the car. Hogan was said to have been drinking, and while both escaped with their lives, Graziano suffered a terrible brain injury that left him paralyzed.

Hogan spent 8 months in jail after pleading no contest to the charges. The Graziano family sued Hogan and his family, with both parties allegedly settling out of court. The fact that this also happened in Clearwater, FL, makes the present situation all the more disturbing, with Hogan clearly not learning his lesson and once again getting charged with a DUI. Luckily, no one was hurt this time around, but the situation could have been much worse.
