Lana Says She'd Shut Down Profitable Third-Party Sites To Return To WWE
Matthew Harrington While Mandy Rose has chosen sites like FanTime and FansOnly over WWE and is making millions on these platforms, not everyone would make the same decision. Some value wrestling more than the fortune and former WWE Superstar Lana is among those who would drop everything on a dime to go back.
Appearing on the Bailey Show (h/t WrestlingInc's Colby Applegate), Lana explained that if WWE came calling and offered her a deal to return, she would shut down her lucrative third-party sites to give WWE another shot. As to why she would make that decision, she noted, "...it's not about the money. I would shut the site down and go back because WWE is one of the greatest franchises in the world." She added, "Life is not just about money, you have to do what you love. There is nothing in the world like wrestling, and if the opportunity was right for me to return and tell compelling stories and burn the house down, I'll come back and do it for free."
Lana was released as part of WWE's series of budget cutbacks, not long after her real-life husband Rusev was granted his release and appeared for AEW as Miro. Lana has not followed Miro to AEW, but has made a good chunk of money on other sites and by posting content on her CJPerry.com website. She's actually revealed that she's made far more money through her own site than she ever did by working for WWE. She explained, "My last couple of years in WWE, I had an incredible and very lucrative contract that I had worked very hard and long for, which was an incredible blessing that I'm thankful for. Even on CJPerry.com, in the last six months, I've grossed more than I did in my highest-paying WWE contract. I'm thankful for that."

Could Rusev And Lana Return?
It's not clear exactly what Miro's contract status with AEW is, but rumors are he's been unhappy there of late and turned down creative ideas to get him back on AEW programming. It would certainly be something if he was able to make a jump back to WWE and he brought Lana with him.
