On March 2, 2022, “The Afterparty” was renewed for a second season on Apple TV+, and it premiered on July 12, 2023.

If a third season is to come out, it will probably premiere mid-next year. The second season was released in July 2023, meaning that Netflix might need some time to renew for the next season.
