The Ultimate Warrior defended the WWE Championship against Sgt. Slaughter at the 1991 Royal Rumble. It was the first time that the prestigious WWE Championship was defended at the Rumble. Warrior and Slaughter are not good in-ring performers, and this was an underwhelming championship match.
Queen Sherri got involved in proceedings as did "Macho Man" Randy Savage who assaulted Warrior. 9 The Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, And Tito Santana Vs. Ted DiBiase, The Warlord, Rick Martel, And, Power And Glory - Survivor Series 1990 (3.11)
There was a unique scenario at Survivor Series 1990 as the winners of traditional Survivor Series elimination matches would advance to the Grand Finale Match of Survivors in the main event. The Ultimate Warrior was the reigning WWE Champion and he teamed up with Hulk Hogan and Tito Santana. They were up against Ted DiBiase, the Warlord, Rick Martel, and Power and Glory.
Despite having the two-man disadvantage it didn't bother the babyfaces in the slightest. They made the heels look weak with Warrior and Hogan taking care of business. Ultimately, Warrior claimed all of the glory as he finished off Hercules with a splash, which sent the fans home in a good mood.
8 The Ultimate Warrior Vs. The Honky Tonk Man - Saturday Night's Main Event 1/7/89 (3.00)
The Ultimate Warrior bulldozed his way past the Honky Tonk Man at SummerSlam 1988 to become Intercontinental Champion for the first time. They had a rematch on the inaugural episode of Saturday Night's Main Event with the Honky Tonk Man looking to reclaim the championship. Their battle started on the outside of the ring.
Warrior showcased his strength by hoisting the Honky Tonk Man above his head and he launched him into the ring. Warrior dominated proceedings but Jimmy Hart got involved by hitting Warrior with the megaphone. Nevertheless, Warrior ensured that his Intercontinental Championship reign would continue with a successful title defense.
7 The Ultimate Warrior & Legion Of Doom Vs. Demolition - Saturday Night's Main Event 10/13/90 (2.92)
The Ultimate Warrior teamed up with the Legion of Doom's Hawk and Animal in a six-man tag team match. They collided with the trio of Demolition (Ax, Smash, and Crush.) All six men had one thing in common, and that's they all sported face paint.

Smash and Animal got things underway, and Warrior upped the pace once he was the legal man. Demolition's powers had waned, and this match was poor. Warrior hit Smash with several clotheslines and he followed it up with a shoulder tackle and a splash for the win.
6 Team WCW Vs. Team nWo Hollywood Vs. Team nWo Wolfpac - Fall Brawl 1998 (1.88)
The battle lines were drawn in a WarGames match at Fall Brawl 1998. The Warrior represented Team WCW alongside Diamond Dallas Page and Roddy Piper. Their opponents were the nWo Hollywood's Hollywood Hogan, the United States Champion Bret Hart, and Stevie Ray. Kevin Nash, Sting, and Lex Luger flew the flag for nWo Wolfpac.
This was a poor edition of WarGames, and despite the match being a team match, the winner earned a future WCW World Heavyweight Championship match. It was the first WarGames match to feature pinfalls, and DDP prevailed after he executed the Diamond Cutter.
5 The Ultimate Warrior & Hulk Hogan Vs. Sgt. Slaughter, Gen. Adnan, And Col. Mustafa - SummerSlam 1991 (1.32)
The Ultimate Warrior almost failed to show up to SummerSlam 1991 as he wanted extra money to perform. Nevertheless, he appeared, and he teamed up with the reigning WWE Champion Hulk Hogan. They collided with former WWE Champions Sgt. Slaughter and Col. Mustafa, and Gen. Adnan in a handicap match.
There was a sixth man involved with Sid Vicious as the special guest referee. There are no surprises that this match was a catastrophic failure with five immobile competitors in one match. The bout was slow-paced, and the result was inevitable with Warrior and Hogan triumphant.
4 The Ultimate Warrior Vs. Andre The Giant - Saturday Night's Main Event 11/25/89 (1.24)
The Ultimate Warrior and Andre the Giant collided over the Intercontinental Championship in a painfully slow match on the November 25, 1989 taping of Saturday Night's Main Event. Andre was no longer at the peak of his powers with his health rapidly declining.

Warrior had the upper hand for large portions of the match. Their match spilled onto the outside. However, Andre was tied to the ropes, and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan came into the ring which led to Warrior retaining the Intercontinental Championship albeit by disqualification.
3 The Ultimate Warrior Vs. Orlando Jordan - NWE Summer Tour: Return Of The Warrior 6/25/08 (0.67)
The final match of The Ultimate Warrior's career came on June 25, 2008, in Barcelona, Spain where he was in action against Orlando Jordan. Warrior's relationship with WWE at this point of his career was still not fixed, and it was a sad state of affairs.
Warrior wasn't known for having long matches, and this bout with Jordan went on for 17 minutes. The match was incredibly boring, and Warrior picked up the victory over Jordan which was never in doubt.
2 The Warrior Vs. Hollywood Hogan - Halloween Havoc 1998 (0.53)
The Warrior and Hollywood Hogan stunk out the joint at Halloween Havoc 1998. This match was nowhere near their epic at WrestleMania 6, eight years prior. The match was sluggish, and Warrior and Hogan were not known for being technical wrestlers either.
There were several botches, and the in-ring action was lackluster. Warrior shortly found the exit door of WCW not too long after this match, and Hogan got his victory over back over Warrior in one of the worst matches in both men's careers.
1 The Ultimate Warrior Vs. Goldust - In Your House: Good Friends, Better Enemies, 1996 (0.29)
The Ultimate Warrior's return to WWE in 1996 was far from successful. At In Your House: Good Friends, Better Enemies, Warrior was seeking his third Intercontinental Championship reign when he challenged Goldust for the championship.
This was an embarrassment as it was more of an angle than a match. Warrior smoked Marlena's cigar before proceedings got underway. Their match was a complete waste of time, and Goldust got himself disqualified deliberately to remain as Intercontinental Champion.
