The Viking Raiders Return To NXT
Marcus Reynolds WWE has made a lot of changes to NXT since the black and gold brand become NXT 2.0 last year. One of the more surprising changes has been the increased incorporation of main roster stars. AJ Styles came to NXT for the first time for a feud with Grayson Waller, Dolph Ziggler briefly held the NXT Title, and now Natalya is back in NXT, ruffling the feathers of Cora Jade and Nikita Lyons.
The Raiders vs. The Creeds
While that has very much been a one at a time situation, WWE appears to have scrapped that loose rule in favor of bringing in even more stars from Raw and SmackDown. As well as Natalya appearing on the show again this week, The Viking Raiders also showed up unexpectedly. It won't be a one-off appearance either, as appears to be the case for Rey and Dominik Mysterio who previously stopped by for one show.

Erik and Ivar were reintroduced to NXT by Roderick Strong. The Diamond Mine member informed The Creed Brothers they'll be facing off against The Viking Raiders at Spring Breakin', an idea the Creeds seemed to be very on board with. As for Erik and Ivar, the reason they showed up a week early was so they could have an NXT warm-up match.
Warm-Up Match
The former Raw Tag Team Champions faced Edris Enofe and Malik Blade on Tuesday night, picking up a pretty easy win. Elsewhere on the show, the aforementioned Natalya attacked Lyons after she beat Lash Legend, and Joe Gacy hijacked the NXT Title after having Bron Breakker and Rock Steiner attacked by the same hooded figures who pushed the champ off the stage last week.
Everything mentioned above will come to a head at Spring Breakin' next week. Breakker will defend his title against Gacy, Nattie and Legend will take on Jade and Lyons, and The Viking Raiders will wrestle their first match, aside from the one on Tuesday, in NXT since 2019. The Raiders actually had to relinquish the NXT Tag Titles when they left the brand. Perhaps they're back to right that wrong.
