10 The Authority Was Disbanded After WrestleMania 32

Meanwhile, The Authority's run on the screen unofficially ended after Triple lost to Roman Reigns. 9 Reunited At WrestleMania 34
After going into separate ways, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon appeared together while the former was having a good feud with Seth Rollins in 2017. However, they didn't call themselves The Authority until next year.

Vince McMahon is no stranger to leading heel stables. Although Triple H was the leader of The Authority, Vince McMahon once took temporary charge of the group in Triple H's absence. Triple H got injured at TLC 2015, and it was due to Roman Reigns. But when Triple H left his position for a brief period, Vince McMahon created even more obstacles for Roman Reigns.
7 Kane Was Unmasked
No, we are not talking about the unmasking of Kane in the Ruthless Aggression Era, which was the first time the fans saw the face of The Devil's Favorite Demon. Kane unmasked himself once again when he showed his allegiance to The Authority and joined the stable. It certainly wasn't as exciting as his first-ever unmasking. When Kane became a member of The Authority, he was given the role of Director of Operations. With a new look of suit and tie, he was known as Corporate Kane.
6 The Authority Was Identical To The Corporation
The Corporation played a big role in the Attitude Era to elevate someone like "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. With Vince McMahon in charge, The Corporation had an amazing feud with Austin to create one of the greatest storylines ever. The Authority had striking similarities to The Corporation. Other than having a McMahon in charge, The Authority also feuded with the likes of Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns. It wouldn't be wrong to say that The Authority was inspired by The Corporation.
5 The Shield Had Worked For The Authority
The Shield's biggest name, Roman Reigns, had a feud with The Authority when he was a babyface. But the trio, including Roman Reigns, worked for The Authority in the early days of the Triplel H-led stable.

The Shield were obviously heels back then and followed instructions of The Game to save Randy Orton a couple of times. The Hounds of Justice also took out the babyfaces after obeying orders from the leader of The Authority.
4 The Authority Had A Total Of 15 Official Members Over The Years
While Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were the co-founders of The Authority, there were a total of 13 other members who joined in its three-year tenure. Vince McMahon was The Authority leader for a brief period. Notable names like Big Show, Kane, The New Age Outlaws, and Batista joined the stable. Among the young Superstars, The Shield joined the stable before breaking up in 2014. However, The Authority chose Randy Orton as the Face of WWE. The Authority was the main reason The Viper managed to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship numerous times back then.
3 Big Show Won The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle As The Authority Member
During his WWE stint, Big Show was notorious for turning heel and babyface back and forth. After fighting against the injustice of The Authority for a while, he joined the stable at Survivor Series 2014. He had a solid stint as the part of The Authority. Being a member, he won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal match at WrestleMania 31.
2 Reunited Evolution
Regarded as one of the greatest stables in history, Evolution dominated the Ruthless Aggression Era. While they won titles together, they also produced a spectacular feud after splitting up. Incidentally, Evolution members - Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista - were members of The Authority. Except for Ric Flair, the other Evolution members reunited right after WrestleMania 30. They had an incredible rivalry with The Shield, but they were defeated on both occasions.
1 The Formation Of The Authority
The Authority was officially formed in 2013. After Daniel Bryan's victory over John Cena, Randy Orton cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. Triple H also helped Orton when he ambushed Bryan to turn heel. The heel turn and Orton's Money in the Bank cash-in planted the seeds of The Authority. Orton became the face of the stable as the champion.
