Just in case you needed another example of how real "fake" wrestling is, TNA Star Rockstar Spud took a boot to the face on this week's TNA Impact Wrestling and things didn't go exactly as planned!

As you can see in the video above, Rockstar needed some medical attention after having some of his teeth kicked out. It's hard to tell exactly how bad it is in the video, but it sure sounds awful!
