"This routine takes care of your insides and your outsides," Williams says at the start of her regimen. "That way, in case we get old, we still look amazing. And old is just a state of mind, right?"

Having oily skin, Williams opts for top-tier products like Tom Ford's Makeup Remover and Dior's Hydra Life Micellar Water. "Quite luxurious, quite fun," she says of the products. "If you wanna get in on the fun, get one or two of these."

Afterward, Williams uses Asutra's Dream the Night Away Melatonin Lotion, which she says smells "a little bit lavender and a little bit heaven." The balm is chock-full of magnesium, which helps increase rest—something an all-star athlete like Williams needs a lot of. "The first time I tried this, I was on the set and I got so sleepy," Williams confesses. "They kept telling me, 'Don't put it on, you're gonna get so sleepy.' And I said, 'Ah, whatever,' because it smelled so good!"
