Although Married at First Sight has changed since season 1, the show still follows perfectly matched duos as they meet for the first times at the altar. Like Amelia and Bennett, very few Married at First Sight couples are still together in 2023. The quirky pair were married for about one year before throwing in the towel. Bennett and Amelia's lives have changed since their breakup.

Bennett and Amelia met in July 2020, when they exchanged vows on Married at First Sight. The pair seemed like a perfect match, as they were both eccentric free spirits. They didn't bring a lot of drama, which is refreshing on an often-dramatic show. On Decision Day, during the season finale, Amelia and Bennett chose to stay together, with Bennett even getting a tattoo of Amelia's initials. They announced they were moving to Virginia during the reunion, but Amelia and Bennett ultimately filed for divorce in October 2021.

Amelia Found Love Post-Divorce

Bennett's Finding Happiness in His Craft

After his divorce, Bennett wrote the play Apostles of Everest,and acted alongside the rest of the ensemble cast. He has also continued working on his music, as he's the lead singer and songwriter for his band, TV Pole Shine. In June 2022, Bennett directed a play called The Cuck with the Intramural Theater Company in New Orleans. His current play, "The Business of Medicine," is playing at the Intramural Theater. Bennett connects with fans through Cameo, when he isn't singing or acting. He's very popular on the platform, with a five-star rating, and nearly 300 reviews.

While Bennett and Amelia are no longer together after Married at First Sight, they seem to have gone their separate ways on good terms.
