However, Cordero was unable to return for season 4 due to immovable circumstances.

Tacoma FD season 4 picks up where the season 3 finale left off, with the firefighters adjusting to a new normal after their station burned down. Most of them followed Chief McConky to Pirate World, the pirate-themed amusement park, where they stopped a parrot mascot from burning to death after a kid sprayed them with silly string while holding a birthday cake with lit candles. So, they are eager to get back to their old lives. However, that will not include Cordero's Andy.

Andy Myawani Isn't In Tacoma FD Season 4

The Tacoma FD season 4 premiere opens with the team stopping the aforementioned silly string fire at Pirate World, and Andy Myawani is nowhere to be seen. It takes a few scenes, but when Lucy McConky tells her colleagues the good news that they can return to Station 24, an offhand question reveals Andy's fate. Instead of following the other firefighters to the amusement park, Andy accepted another job.

Granny Smith, elated at the good news, asked if this meant that Andy would return, as well. Ike Crystal explained that Andy was working full-time for his uncle's carpet company in the showroom and enjoyed the "low-key" nature of the job. And that was that — Andy is gone from Tacoma FD on truTV, selling carpets instead of putting out fires.

Why Eugene Cordero Left Tacoma FD

Unfortunately, scheduling conflicts caused Eugene Cordero's exit from the truTV sitcom. As some Marvel enthusiasts may know, Cordero had a recurring role as Casey, a receptionist at the TVA, in Loki season 1 on Disney+ and was promoted to a series regular for the second season. Cordero was likely busy filming the Marvel Cinematic Universe television series while production on Tacoma FD season 4 was underway. One of the most significant clues that hint toward this conclusion explaining Cordero's absence is that the characters in the sitcom explained Andy's new job as "low-key," aka Loki.
