Since its release, World of Warcraft Classic: March of the Lich King has been providing players with tons of exciting content to keep them occupied. With lots of things to do already in-game and a mountain of updates on the horizon, it has never been a better time to be playing World of Warcraft Classic. Thanks to the foresight gained from playing a previously released game, it is easy to know what will be coming in the future and plan for it accordingly.

So, if you are looking for the lowdown on WoW WotLK's phase schedule and content roadmap, you've come to the right place! This article will cover everything you need to know about future updates in WoW WotLK.

At the time of writing this, there is no officially released schedule for the upcoming content in WoW WotLK. However, we are easily able to speculate about what things will be coming and when based on the original release schedule of WotLK. Check out the five phases of updates down below:

Phase 1

Here is what was released during phase one of WotLK:

Naxxramas Raid
The Eye of the Eternity Raid
The Obsidian Sanctum Raid
Arena Season 5

These Raids all went live on October 6 at 6 PM EST.

Phase 2

Here is what was released during phase two of WotLK:

Ulduar Raid

The Ulduar Raid launched on 19 January 2023. Check out our dedicated article about the Secrets of Ulduar update.

Phase 3

Here is what was released during phase three of WotLK:

Trial of the Crusador Raid
Onyxia's Lair Raid
Argent Tournament World Event

Phase 4

Here is what was released during phase four of WotLK:

Icecrown Citadel Raid

Get ready to take on the Lich King, presumably around early December 2023?

Phase 5

Here is what was released during phase five of WotLK:

The Ruby Sanctum

The final phase of WotLK should launch sometime in 2024. This should provide enough gear to those still finding it difficult to complete the Icecrown Citadel Raid.
